About me

Hi! I’m Lizzie, a Mother, Certified Fertility Awareness Educator, Birth Doula and a continuous student of many things.

I work with others to help them better understand their cycles so that they can be in deeper relationship with their bodies and rhythms, understand their fertile time to avoid or achieve pregnancy, and have informed and autonomous choice in their healthcare. I lead rituals and hold spaces for us to honor our various life stages and our intelligent, timeless cyclical nature.

I was in college when I first heard about Fertility Awareness. I was not drawn to taking hormonal birth control, and my partner at the time told me that I (we) could track my cycle to know when I was more fertile and when I was not. I was amazed! And to learn this from my boyfriend, nonetheless! I’m forever grateful to him for opening the door to understanding my body’s intelligence on a more profound level.

My health and learning journey then meandered through the winding paths of gut healing, nutrition school, plant medicine work, birth doula training, deep earth listening, and pelvic and reproductive healing. Pregnancy and labor brought on a whole new level of healing. And then, in my cocoon of postpartum, I received a clear and present call to dive back into Fertility Awareness and cycle tracking. I began a 10-month teacher training through FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management), and graduated as Certified Fertility Awareness Educator. I wanted to dive into an even deeper program, and I’m currently in a 2 year training to become a Holistic Reproductive Health Educator through The Well School of Body Literacy.

The study of Body Literacy and Fertility Awareness has brought me deeper in connection to the wisdom of my body and the intelligence of my cycles. For this, I am forever grateful. As cycles are a blend of the physical and spiritual, this work also helps to reconnect and remember the wider web we are a part of. I welcome anyone who feels called to work together on this journey, wherever you are on the gender or sexual identity spectrum. I’m humbled and moved to be able to guide others on this walk to deeper embodiment and sovereignty.

My approach is gentle and spacious, filled with curiosity and honor. I guide others through the groundwork of cycle tracking and welcome them to share their wisdom, as they are the ones who know their body the best. I have a deep reverence for Nature and our Earth, and I bring this connection with me into our work together. Our hormones receive input and respond swiftly to our environment in intricate ways. And so, our cycles are innately shaped and patterned by nature and the world around us.
